Stacie Forrester
My yoga journey began in 1998 when I took my first yoga class. I loved how the practice made me feel physically and mentally. My practice has kept me stable through good times and bad…while raising my kids & teaching elementary school Special Education. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2007, after earning my 200 hour RYT through Shiva Rea’s Vinyasa Flow. I continue to be a student of the practice ~ taking workshops, exploring new teachers and teaching in different studios. Now I’m teaching out of my home and on Zoom! For me, the transformational and healing benefits of yoga have been life changing.
The classes that I teach range from rejuvenating Yin Yoga to invigorating Vinyasa Flow. I provide a nurturing environment for others wishing to explore yoga’s empowering benefits. I hope to see you on your mat where we will continue this journey together!
